Brian DiBiasi, a Police officer from Hamilton has been arrested alongside his wife, Elizabeth DiBiasi.
Per reports, Brian and his wife, an employee of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office were arrested on Wednesday, 29th of January, 2025 in an alleged child p*rnography investigation.
Reports also have it that their home in Klockner Road was raided in the early hours of Wednesday, with a tactical team surrounding the property.
Per reports from the Monmouth County Sheriff’s office, Brian DiBiasi faces numerous charges including; the distribution of child s*xual abuse material, and permitting a child to engage in p*rnography. Elizabeth, his wife, has also been charged.
At the time of writing this article, the Attorney General’s Office is still investigating the matter while both suspects are being held at the Monmouth County Jail in Freehold, New Jersey, USA.
